Shape Memory Training and Heat Treatment

It is a process that includes the heat treatment parameters necessary for creating simple two-dimensional or complex shapes in NiTinol materials and for memorizing these shapes. As a result of this training, when the NiTinol material is heated to high temperature, it returns to its memorized form.

NiTinol materials can have various transformation temperatures. These transformation temperatures are determined by the ratio of Nickel and Titanium in production.
